ABOUT THE PRACTICE
Welcome to CKSocial Work.
We are Tracy and Laura and have been social work colleagues and friends for over 15 years. We were both born and raised in Peterborough, Ontario. We decided to open a private practice together because we wanted to enhance access to specialized support in our community.
By day, we work as social workers at a pregnancy clinic and have a passion for supporting women. In this practice, we provide individual counselling and have unique expertise in the areas of infertility, grief and loss, miscarriage, stillbirth, post-partum mood disorder, general anxiety and depression as well as relationship stress. In addition, we have experience in supporting young women navigating the challenges of adolescence. We know reaching out for support can feel difficult. We hope to make the experience of counselling as comfortable and safe as possible. We look forward to hearing from you.
