Sessions are typically 1 hour. Tracy's sessions are $130.00/hour and Laura's are $120.00/hour. Types of payment accepted are e-transfer, a credit card on file or cash at time of appointment. If payments are delayed, a credit card on file will be mandatory. Receipts will be provided for reimbursement from your insurance company. We cannot directly bill insurance companies.

Many employers now provide extended health benefits that include counselling by social workers. It is important to check that they cover the services of a registered social worker. Receipts will be provided for you to submit to your insurance provider. We cannot directly bill insurance companies. There is no OHIP coverage for any of our services.

Most of the communication with CKSocialWork regarding appointment times occurs via email. Once you contact us, we will be in touch regarding potential appointment times. We do not provide counselling via email.
